Commercial Fishing Photo Of The Day | San Pedro Ghost Fish.

A San Pedro Waterfront stroll always leads me back to the fishing docks Whenever I wander along the San Pedro Waterfront, my path inevitably leads to the fishing docks at the storied Berth 73, the original site of the Fishermen’s Fiesta. Today, most of LA’s squid boats are moored at Terminal Island, yet a few continue to dot the old harbor, maintaining its historic charm. A notable artistic highlight from 2012 is Carl Cheng’s “Ghost Fish,” a poignant nod to the once-flourishing tuna fishing community. I highly recommend taking the time to explore the harbor yourself. Additionally, don’t miss the recently added mural of La Pincoya just across the waterfront. It’s a visual treat! For more details and to deepen your exploration, check out the links provided below.
