The squid has all but dried up. Also the weather has taken a turn for the worse and any real possibilities of fishing are pretty much out the window. After a dismal crab season last year, I’m in no hurry to head back to Southeast Alaska for the elusive tanner crab. For now, I’m just biding my time in Cali.
