After yesterday's macro shot, I thought Imwould give you a better look at the entire picture. This is the little stretch of beach along the Sitka Totem Trail. Tons of salmon are fighting to get up the neighboring stream, but a few fish just end up as nutrients along the beach. Notice a snowless Mt. Edgecumb in the distance. The two holes on the tail correspond to the close up from yesterday.
