The weather is great for fishing today, but boats are still tied to the harbor. Fisherman and processors are working together to find a reasonable price. The larger quota has pushed the price as low as $350 a ton. Last year’s record run netted the fisherman nearly $700 a ton. It should be interesting to see how it all plays out. The weather is expected to get worse Monday.
