We are off the visit the elusive Alaskan village known as Tenakee springs, located on Baranof Island. Basically, it’s in the middle of nowhere. There are no paved roads and the easiest way to get there is by boat. Presently, I’m crusing aboard the M/V “Leconte.”. I believe it’s the oldest and the smallest in the Alaska Marine Highway fleet.
