Commercial Fishing Photo Of The Day | F\V Favorite

The F/V Favorite is one of the oldest operating seiners in the fleet. You can still find it fishing down by Ketchikan on a summer afternoon during the Alaskan summer. My old captain started fishing with this boat in 2008. That was the summer that the F/V Gladiator sank and the F\V Favorite was one of the first boats on the scene. Check out the Video Of The Day for more info.

  1. I worked on this boat in 1977. It was owned by Jack Davis from Ballard Washington at the time. a very memorable year for this pilgrim. I have a photo of it hanging on my wall.

  2. My father was Gregory davis and my grandfather was jack davis. I see pictures of this boat at my grandmothers house.
